Chris Pagano is the Head of Accounting at Integrate Recruitment, specialising in recruitment across accounting, bookkeeping and administration roles. With more than four years of experience in recruitment, Chris manages end-to-end hiring processes across junior through to senior leadership and director-level opportunities.
Holding a Bachelor of Business in Human Resource Management and Marketing, Chris originally began his career in the marketing and media industry before transitioning into recruitment, where he discovered a passion for relationship building, helping people, and supporting candidates through important career decisions.
Chris works closely with both clients and candidates, attending client meetings, nurturing long-term relationships, and driving business growth within the accounting division. Known for his approachable nature, patience and strong communication skills, he is committed to ensuring candidates feel supported, understood and confident throughout the recruitment journey.
