Alma is a results-driven Recruitment Specialist within our Lending Team, bringing over four years of national recruitment experience. She is recognised for her strong stakeholder engagement, commitment to exceptional candidate experience, and ability to match top talent with the right opportunities to drive long-term success.
Prior to Integrate Recruitment, Alma held national leadership roles with Drake Medox Australia, where she was promoted to National Recruitment & Compliance Lead. In this role, she supported teams across Australia, ensuring compliance standards were upheld while leading continuous improvement initiatives within the recruitment function. Alma has overseen end-to-end recruitment processes nationally, mentored and trained recruitment teams, and consistently delivered strong hiring outcomes aligned with business needs.
Her background in Psychological Studies and Counselling brings a thoughtful, people-first approach to her work. Alma is also accredited in Mental Health First Aid, reflecting her genuine care for candidate wellbeing and professional integrity.
Fluent in multiple languages, Alma connects easily with a diverse range of clients and candidates. Outside of work, she enjoys travel, reading, cooking, gardening and spending time outdoors with her dog, Sammy.
