Our Story.

Integrate Recruitment was built on a simple idea – recruitment should feel human, not transactional.

Founded in 2018 by Samantha Bainbridge, the business began in a work-from-home environment with a team of one and a clear goal. To deliver a more honest, relationship-driven approach to recruitment that prioritises long-term fit over quick placements.

In the early years, the business grew alongside major life milestones, with Samantha welcoming her first daughter in 2019 and her second daughter in 2022. These moments helped shape the values behind Integrate Recruitment, reinforcing the importance of balance, trust and long-term thinking in both business and life.

As the business expanded, Integrate Recruitment moved out of the home office into its first dedicated office space in 2022. Continued growth saw a second move into a larger space in 2025, supporting a growing team and client base.

Today, the business has grown into a team of 12, supporting clients and candidates across Australia.
