Samantha is the Founder and Director of Integrate Recruitment, leading the business with a relationship-first approach built on integrity, trust and long-term outcomes. Since establishing the business in 2018, Sam has built a strong reputation across the Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking sectors for delivering thoughtful recruitment solutions that genuinely support both clients and candidates.
With a career that began in banking before moving into Risk Advice and insurance, Sam brings extensive industry knowledge and a practical understanding of the sectors she recruits within. After transitioning into specialist financial services recruitment, she quickly recognised the importance of building meaningful relationships over taking a volume-driven approach to recruitment.
Driven by a desire to create a business aligned with her personal values, Sam launched Integrate Recruitment with a clear goal… to partner only with businesses she genuinely believes in and always do the right thing by both clients and candidates.
Known for her persistence, honesty and high placement success rate, Sam focuses on finding the right long-term fit rather than simply filling roles. She has helped businesses grow from small operations into thriving teams of more than 40 staff, while also supporting candidates in securing meaningful career opportunities.
When asked what she loves most about Integrate Recruitment, Sam says it comes down to genuinely caring more about helping clients than simply making placements.
Alongside leading the business, Sam recruits across the Financial Planning and Mortgage Broking sectors and continues to build strong partnerships across the industry. She also holds qualifications in Financial Planning and is currently completing a Master of Human Resources.
Outside of work, Sam is a proud New South Wales Blues supporter and brings that same energy, loyalty and team spirit into everything she does.
