Nadine's career began in Accounting after completing a Bachelor of Business (Accounting) and becoming a CPA. Over the past 15 years, she has built a successful career in accounting and finance, complemented by more than a decade in people leadership and management. Her transition into recruitment over four years ago allowed her to combine her financial expertise with her passion for building high-performing teams and creating meaningful career opportunities.
Today, Nadine oversees the day-to-day operations of Integrate Recruitment, ensuring every client and candidate receives a personalised, honest and professional experience. Her deep understanding of the finance, accounting and recruitment industries enables her to provide strategic advice, identify exceptional talent and build long-term partnerships founded on trust.
