Linda is a valued member of Integrate Recruitment’s Lending team, where she works as a Recruitment Consultant supporting clients and candidates across the sector.
She brings a strong and diverse recruitment background, with experience across both agency and in-house environments. Linda has worked with organisations including Randstad, Momentum Consulting Group, WorkPac and ANZ, giving her a deep understanding of end-to-end recruitment, stakeholder engagement and delivering exceptional candidate experiences.
When asked why she became a recruiter, Linda says: “The reason I became a recruiter is to help match candidates to their dream career by partnering with like-minded clients.”
That people-first mindset aligns closely with the way Integrate works, and underpins the impact she has with both clients and candidates.
